The Diamond Top is more than just a top coat. The silver reflective glitters create the same mesmerizing effect as the beloved Hypnotic Diamond collection. Depending on the base colour and light exposure, it can deliver a subtle shimmer or a bold, dramatic sparkle. Under everyday lighting, it glows with a delicate twinkle, but when hit by a flash, it bursts into a breath taking, colour-shifting shine. 8ml size.
Curing time: UV Lamp: 2-3 minutes, Brill pro LED lamp: 1-2 minutes
