PLACING AN ORDER
We will be delighted to accept any order; we do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to order from us. You can order by email, or online. BrillBird UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and that decision is final.
PRICING
Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. All prices are correct at the time of going to print, however BrillBird UK reserves the right to alter prices without notice, explanation or notification. We will be pleased to confirm our latest prices by telephone or email whichever is most convenient to you. Our current and up to date prices can be found on our website at www.brillbirduk.co.uk. Prices and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. Invoices are in £ Sterling at the prevailing VAT rate at the time of ordering.
PRODUCT DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
BrillBird UK reserves the right to alter details and specifications without notice, explanation or notification. We reserve the right to substitute similar quality items based upon availability to complete your order. The goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications supplied by the manufacturer. BrillBird UK, its employees and agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless strictly confirmed by BrillBird UK in writing. In agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. We make no recommendations as to the suitability of the products for any particular purpose.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We will endeavour to despatch goods to you by the estimated delivery date, however we will not accept liability to deliver within the stated time or day where circumstances are caused beyond our control, such as delays by delivery Companies or manufacturer’s lead times.
When delivery of goods has been made, you will need to sign a “Proof of Delivery” or a photo will be obtained via the delivery company to confirm receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible to check the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. If any discrepancy occurs or, evident damage to the packaging, you must note this on the “Proof of Delivery” or refuse delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels/goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. Errors cannot be corrected afterwards.
MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless we are advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. BrillBird UK will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.
RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected BrillBird UK may agree to their return. This request must be made to BrillBird UK within 7 days of receipt of goods. The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation number has been given. This must be quoted on all accompanying documentation. The following goods only are eligible for return:
1) Goods that are non-perishable or non-sterile
2) Goods that have not been given free or as part of an offer
3) Goods that are unworn, unused and sent back to us in original packaging
4) Goods received that have been substituted for original items ordered
5) Goods must be a current product line and not discontinued
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
BrillBird UK reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. In respect of special non-standard items such as specialised equipment, orders cannot be cancelled; payment must be paid in full. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.
GUARANTEE
All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer’s warranty. All glass items are excluded from the guarantee.
TITLE
All rights to ownership and possession of goods supplied by BrillBird UK shall remain and belong to BrillBird UK until payment in full for goods is received. The customer agrees to keep the goods identifiable as the property of BrillBird UK and keep them stored in a merchandisable condition. The customer as agent of BrillBird UK will hold the goods until full payment has been made.

Any typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of BrillBird UK literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company’s part.
